Accuracy and sources
Subscription figures, issue dates and price bands are derived from data published by the stock exchanges. That data can lag, change, or be withdrawn, and our copy of it may be out of date at the moment you read it. We make no warranty that anything here is accurate, complete or current.
Always confirm allotment on the registrar’s or exchange’s official website before acting. Where we show a figure, we link to the official source so you can verify it yourself.
Grey market premium
Grey market premium (GMP) is an unofficial, informally reported estimate of what unlisted shares are changing hands for outside any regulated venue. It is not published, audited or endorsed by SEBI, NSE, BSE or any registrar. No regulatory protection, settlement guarantee or legal recourse applies to grey market transactions. Treat any GMP figure shown here as market sentiment, not as data, and understand it may be wrong.
